A member asked:

My 1year old son has a dime size red spot that's kind of like a blister on both of his heels and around the bottom of his big toes.?

Is he walking: Is he walking or wearing shoes? If the blisters happen when he wears his shoes or when he stands up, then this may be the cause, as there is more pressure on the heel and toes. However, his pediatrician can evaluate him.

Viral: This could be an indication for a viral infection. I would take him to a dermatologist or a podiatrist for an examination, which may require a biopsy to confirm the dx.
