Perhaps: To a patient but not to a trained professional. If one has a strep throat it's a good idea to have antibiotics to prevent more serious complications. It could be a canker sore, viral, bacterial or something else. Have you physician take a look so you know for sure and get the appropriate advice and treatment if necessary.
