Yes: Paracetamol is actually tylenol (acetaminophen). The one thing you should be concerned is not to take too much of this medicine as it is know to cause liver failure. Typically you should not take more than 3000mg daily of this medication. Otherwise the combo of feldene, Codeine and paracetamol is safe to take for short periods and with lower doses of paracetamol.
