Yes.: Assuming you're not allergic to either. Feldene (piroxicam) is an NSAID or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen. It can cause stomach ulcers and kidney damage but it's not guaranteed to do so. Codeine is a weak narcotic/opioid pain killer that has a lower risk of addiction compared to morphine. Both can be used together safely in low-to-moderate doses under supervision.
