US is better: Ultrasound is better and more sensitive at evaluating the gallbladder than ct, but if the ct does show inflammation of the gb, it would appear as gb distension, wall thickening and adjacent fluid.

Other things: That can be seen include stranding of the adjacent fat and gas in the gallbladder or gallbladder wall in severe cases.
