Since the ultrasound is negative and the blood test shows inflammation, one should be treated for the potential inflammation/ infection of the systems and organs in that location. The PCP/ Urologist should be consulted for management . The sooner the better

I have a pain in the bladder when I bend over and pain in the coccyx. I did tests and they showed increased CRP and markers of inflammation. I did a cyst ultrasound and it showed nothing. I also did a urinalysis and it didn't show something?
