CT: I am an ER physician so I have had to deal with this report many times. The changes the radiologist sees can be caused be a urinary tract infection usually effecting the bladder or there can be another problem inside the abdomen irritating the bladder. Sometimes if the badder is contracted the radiologists will see a hazy bladder outline.
