No: Worms infections can make you anemic (for instance hookworm) but that still shouldn't affect your ability to conceive. Pinworms and roundworms are only found in the intestines so that shouldn't affect your ability to conceive either. If you are having difficulty conceiving i would get a thorough exam by your ob-gyn, but worms are probably not to blame.
