Why does clearblue easy pregnant tests say their tests turn positive 19 days after conception? wouldn't it be positive much sooner? (more like 6-10 days)

In between : The home pregnancy test should be positive about 14 days after conception, perhaps a few days earlier. A pregnancy does not implant until 6 days after conception, then it takes time for levels to be high enough to be seen in the blood. Then another couple of days more are needed until it is high enough to spill into the urine.
