Conception is 1st: If your estimated date of delivery was determined to be October 1st (plus or minus 7 days) and was confirmed by early pregnancy sonograms, your estimated date of conception/fertilization was probably about Jan. 7th (plus or minus 3 days) and implantation of a fertilized egg/developing embryo into your uterus may have subsequently occurred about 7 to 10 d. later ( between Jan. 14 and Jan. 17) .
