Yes: Assuming your diagnosis is correct lotrimin (clotrimazole) is an effective treatment for fungal infections (ringworm). However "ringworm" infections involving the penis are somewhat unusual. Yeast infections would be a more likely fungal infection involving the penis and yes lotrimin (clotrimazole) would work for that too.
