A member asked:

Why isn't ringworm responding to otc lotrimin (clotrimazole)? do i need a prescription cream?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not everything: Will work 100% of the time. You can first try a different o.T.C product. (also, this is assuming the diagnosis of ringworm is correct.) if the second o.T.C doesn't work then an rx may be better.
