Likely OK: but it is highly unusual to get ringworm in the glans penis area. It the problem fails to improve within a day or 2, I recommend that you get a 2nd opinion.

You should: return to your doctor to make sure that this is not something more serious than a fungus infection. Also you should have test for diabetes or other systemic medical condition. In any event, if it is getting worse on this treatment, you need to return to your doctor.
