HIV: It is conceivable but very very unlikely. If the finger had a laceration and there was virus in the vaginal secretions it is possible but again rare. If the finger is actively bleeding it could place blood containing the virus in the vagina and infect the woman. This disease is not easy to get and really requires intimate contact or transfer of body fluids directly.
