SEE A NEUROLOGIST: This is not purely dental in nature. You have to have the cause of the numbness evaluated. A neurologist should be consulted. The tooth pain is possible secondary to the acoustic neuroma.

New mri: An acoustic neuroma would have to be fairly sizable to cause face numbness/pain. You need a new MRI and to see a neurosurgeon asap.
