Took an elbow almost a month ago. im still numb from face down to my top lip and some teeth. how long will the numbness last?

You suffered a traumatic injury to area that possibly caused a nerve damage to your teeth and surrounding tissue areas. You need an x-ray of area as well as of teeth. A possible small fracture could be present to teeth as well as surrounding bone. Numbness could disappear in time if no further injury. You still to see a dentist or oral surgeon for an exam.

If there was nerve injury, that can take weeks to months for the nerve to come back. It varies depending on the extent of the nerve injury. Hope it heals fast for you! Good luck!
