Need a diagnosis: Seeing lesion is first step. There are several possibilities. Biopsy or obtaining a piece of the lesion is next step. Pathology exam of lesion is next and then you will get the answer to your question of what is this. Other possibilities exist, infection, and virus. Don't delay. Be well.
