Do i need this nasal spray? doc said sinus won't drain,but when i use spray goes though my nose to my throat n make me choke.that mean nose not stuffy

Side pocket: Your sinuses are like a side pocket off of your nasal passage. The small opening into the sinus may be blocked by the inflammation but the nasal passage will be open. Nasal sprays and irrigation are very helpful in sinus disease so I would say continue with the treatment.
