I keep getting a random pain in my right temple. it only lasts for a short time. i have had tmj issues in the past. is there anything to worry about or its no big deal?

If you were diagnosed with TMJ dysfunction and had some kind of pain which you are familiar , and the head ache you are experiencing is different in intensity , location and frequency , i would suggest see your pcp or neurologist.
