Very possible: You could have a right TMJ capsule that is inflamed causing joint pain and muscle issues with the muscles that open or close your jaw on the other side. If it persists, get it evaluated by a dentist interested in TMD to see if there is a relationship. Of course the headache might be something altogether unrelated..
