Seperate issues:: Tmj is likely related to the temple aches, not likely related to your posture... Tenison headaches too vague to help in diagnosing your problem. Tmj= the name of your jaw joint. Tmjd= the group of disorders related to that joint. I inferr from your question that you are under a high level of stress, this likely contributes one or more conditions collactively called tmjd.

Call your dentist: Are you being treated for your TMJ pain? Do you wear a night guard? Temple pain is common in patients with TMJ problems. If the pain is changing or increasing you should see the professional that has been treating you. Your questions can only be answered by an evaluation.

Depends: Classic TMJ Symptoms. Depends on how much it bothers you. Some TMJ if mild don't require treatment. If your symptoms are troublesome, or progressing, get treatment by a TMJ specialist.
