Doesn't sound bad...: To me. The hematocrit is normal and there is good homogeneity among the red cells (as reflected by the rdw). The monocyte percentage is a little on the high side, but this just may be because the total WBC count is a little low, say from a recent viral process. The relative monocytosis suggests an active marrow with ongoing myelopoiesis.
