I am 35 year old woman. my labs came back 135 low platelets.my wbc 3.5,rbc 4.28 ,hemoglobin 11.7,hematocrit 37.0 mch 27.3,mchc 31.6 ,rdw 13.6. my vitamin d was low what could this be causing my platelets to drop. I've been feeling weak and tired?
My rbc is 5.72 Hemoglobin is 16.2 Hematocrit is 46.8 Mpv is 12.6 Everything else is in normal range. Does this mean cancer? What do I do next? I'm 34 female. Thank you?
