2 yr old kids cbc says hb 10.4,hct 32,mcv 66,mch 21,rdw 17.3,platelets 669,lymphocytes 61.7%,monocytes 5.6%, absolute lymphocytes 4.39%. serum iron normal 163 ug/dl.vit d low 6.6 ng/ml can a pediatrician please review?

Impossible to interpet without seeing and examining kid. I am an Internist. There seems to be problem with too many lymphocytes which needs to have the cause found. If recent viral infection could be it. Discus with Dr.there who will know most likely causes in Pakistan. I do not.
