Asthma?: There are many possibilities, but a likely one is asthma, which can be induced by a cold (runny nose and sneezing). You really need to be seen by your doctor for a proper evaluation.

Breathing difficulty: Hello, it sounds like your allergies are getting the best of you. I would recommend an antihistamine and afrin nasal spray. The afrin is used 2x/day and no longer than 5 days. This will open your blocked nasal pathways and the antihistamine will relieve your allergy symptoms.
