Oral Hygiene: Sometimes bacteria trapped in the throat and tonsils and tongue can give a metal taste sensation. Brush regularly, gargle, and use a tongue scraper. If the problem persists, consider seeing a dentist. There are other causes for this, but they would not generally be triggered by the things that do this to you (sneeze, laugh).
