I have shortness of breath. i have been experiencing a runny nose, watery eyes and have also been sneezing. i experienced a mild headache today. i usually take alergex and panado, which reduces the symptoms but after a few hours the symptoms return.

Avoid triggers: Avoid common triggers of an allergic reaction, such as dust, mold,pollen. Rinse eyes and nose with saline. Continue antihistamine, consider nasal steroid spray . Virtual consult available.
