I get running nose, continuous sneezes everytime i take head bath or eat yogurt, what might be the cause, what kind of cautions should i take? thanks

Rhinitis: Since there is no other detail (age etc) given, it is difficult to provide you an answer. If eating yogurt causes you to sneeze , avoidance is the only answer. Consider consulting an allergist if you are bothered enough.
