Medical School : Search online for one of the medical schools near you for an appointment with a psychiatrist. After a thorough psychiatric evaluation, you will have a better idea if you have a depressive or anxiety illness that could benefit from treatment. If not, you could then be referred to a career counselor, occupational therapist, or whomever would be best for you.
