There are similar sites for other types of behavioral health providers. For instance, do an on line search for "psychologist reviews" in your state. I find personal recommendations from other people to be especially helpful. If you were really concerned about things like "have they been in trouble" you could always check with their state licensing board.

Verify license: If you just need the basic information contact the board where they got their license. If you don't know which board it is ask the therapist. Usually it is as simple as entering the therapist's name into the board's website.
