Any injury?: A more serious cause would be a clot or deep venous thrombosis. If the swelling is worsening and you have pain get it checked out.

Leg edema: For single swollen leg, you need to go to er for duplex to rule out deep venous thrombosis( clot). You didn't give your medications. Take full adult Aspirin now till you go to er. Once the DVT is out then see your doctor for further evaluation. Thanks.
