See a b/c allergist: The rast test may at time provide false-negative results. If you have problem with throat closure from a food, stay away from it regardless of the test result. If the reaction is questionable, your allergist may do a food challenge on you . Be sure to have an Epinephrine kit with you at all times in the meanwhile.
