Formal testing: You will need formal allergy testing: either skin prick testing or blood ( RAST ) .I suggest an allergic medical consultation and daily use of a non sedating antihistamine.

Very common as it's: high pollen count make many people feel sick there. Make sure you have a HEPA filter at home, and change your filter in your car too if you drive a lot. Take shower when you get home, and wash hair, put clothes in sealed hamper (basically decontaminate when you get in), leave jacket, shoes at door to keep your indoor environment clean and restful. May need to take OTC allergy pills to help too.
