Depends: Red hands are typical in skin irritation, rash, and infection. Rheumatologic disorders can cause the blood vessels to be overactive and change color (red to blue to white) called raynoud's phenomenon. You will need to be examined in order to be certain of your condition and treatment. Good luck.
