Do you have any tips so my bunions won't get worse?

Yes: Use comfortable shoes with wide and deep toe boxes.

You can only slow it: Bunions are progressive deformities. Unfortunately, they only get worse, they don't get better. You can improve symptoms and slow down the progression with good shoes and supports. Improving the function of the foot will decrease the wear and tear. See your foot specialist for more information. Many possibilities: Treatment options for the management of bunions include conservative and surgical management. Conservative management options include use of orthotic devices, change in shoe wear, medications such as oral no-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids), steroid injections, padding of corns and calluses, and splinting and strapping.
