Way of life: Think good health. A soft bristled toothbrush, floss, and a lister ine mouthrinse are basic. Milk products for calcium for bone health, and green vegetables for gum health is important. Gum like trident with sorbitol and xylitol should be chewed to help prevent cavities and finally a visit to your dentist to explain how to use the total package together.

Cleaning aids: Electric toothbrush - Oral -B 5000 or Sonicare with diamond head are great. Waterpik - any model with adjustable flow -- not the travel one. Floss, and fluoride toothpaste of your choice. Some like mouthwash . Fluoride rinse if needed. See your dental hygienist to review the best use of these for your specific mouth. Bring them with you. Good luck and Good oral health.
