Combination: Regular (2x/yr at least) dental checkups and cleanings. Excellent effective home care including electric toothbrush use, and flossing and if desired,waterpik use. Avoiding excessive sweets when you cannot soon after clean your teeth. Healthy diet including plenty of vegetables,fruits,protein and water.Fluoride rinse at night if recommended by Dentist.
