Is there a best toothbrush for gum disease?

Probably soft.: The best is probably a soft toothbrush, because it does not damage and inflame the gums. The best person for this answer would probably be the dentist.

Soft: There are soft tooth brushes that are very good in the market place. If you google toothbrushes, you can read the reviews. Just remember soft and to use one that is easy to handle. This is a very individual choice.
