Soft brush/ electric: Any soft tooth brush and brushing for 2 min. I like electric brushes because the number of strokes per second are high so it is very effective in removing plaque.

Soft: Soft bristle tooth brush. Make sure that your brushing technique is correct and you brush long enough (atleast 2 min.). There are electric brushes like sonicare that hae timer so you know how long you are brushing.
