There are MANY: The vitamin you pick depends on many factors, like sex & age. It should contain adequate vit d (1000-2000 iu/day), natural vit e, and not contain iron since you're male. B vitamins can be used up more quickly when you're stressed & anxious, so you need them too. Yes! My Blessing!: Unless you have a proven specific vitamin deficiency, the very best multivitamin you can take is NONE. Take your specific vitamin if needed. Then save your multivitamin money and buy a gym membership. Exercise has a proven medical benefit for you. Multivitamins benefit the industry, but not usually the individual buyer.
