My doctor is saying eat with milk.. how should i eat this multivitamin tablet?

Consume?: I imagine she/he used the term "eat" so that it is understood that you would put the tablet into your mouth, as opposed to "insert" which would create a bit more confusion. Perhaps a more clear way to say it would be, "consume with milk?" I would contact the physician's office for better instructions.
