Sleep disturbance: You have a temporary sleep disturbance. Anxiety can contribute. Be sure your room and bed are comfortable: dark, soft, clean and quiet. Avoid day time napping. Physical exercise during the day will enhance nighttime sleep. Don't go to bed hungry but don't eat just before bedtime either. This will pass - good luck!
