Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If the doctors who have examined you have not been helpful, it is unlikely that anyone on this forum could do better. You may wish to consult a gastro-enterologist.

Nausea: Nausea can be secondary to inner ear disorder or other causes of dizziness, visual disturbance, medications or certain other substances ingested, pregnancy(I assume this isn't an issue). Your tests thus far are reassuring, but perhaps more extensive blood work like liver enzymes, bun,creatinine(if not done)& abdominal ct scan would be worthwhile. You could try taking a medication like Dramamine.
