Unsure: Is the room dark? Cool? Quiet? Do you have electronics in the room, especially those with blue lights? Do you exercise late in the day? When is your last caffeine for the day? Do you drink very much alcohol or eat heavily before bed? Do you keep a regular sleep schedule? Do you have untreated depression? A sleep medicine consult with sleep study can help to figure this out.
