Exercise when awake.: You are not having restful sleep for various reasons that you may know including anxiety. To reduce the effect the best thing may be to find why and correct it otherwise regardless of how you feel when you wake up exercise or yoga to relieve the stress in your muscles and with time that may help but it would help for the day you exercise.
