This condition is commonly seen with pcos. This is associated with being overweight and pre-diabetic. Weight loss helps.

If you really want: You can loose weight , by reducing intake means don't eat too much , cut the calories , don't eat junk food, lots vegetables and salads , go to gym stay off the couch be active , you will see your progress in 2 months.
