Depends: Depends on your symptoms and the cause. Diuretics do help but as you have experienced may lead to low blood pressure. Best would be to determine the cause and treat it. There are solutions for leg swelling such as compression stockings however should be done only after proper evaluation to determine if it is the right solution for you. Discuss further with your doctor.
