Go see your doctor: Actually, first measure blood pressure at home. Then bring BP cuff in for calibration during appointment. Tell prescribing doctor if you've noticed any side effects. Also let him/her know if you can't afford medications (combination Lisinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide is available for $4/mo). S/he'll want to check blood tests every now & then, perhaps cholesterol & glucose too. Exercise nutrition sleep
