Follow up w/ GP: If you still have burning sensation, puss and blood seen- even after antibiotics- you should wonder if the organism is resistant to amoxicillin- vs other thing is going on. Did you have a urine culture before? If not- there is a highly likelihood that perhaps you are dealing with resistant organism. You need to see gp, repeat ua and cultures and treatment. Also you should d/w gp re-see a urologist.
