Sterile Pyuria: Other causes need to be explored if you have leukocytes in urine but urine cultures are always negative. This is called sterile pyuria. Some of the diseases that can cause this are interstitial cystitis, interstitial nephritis etc. I would recommend getting a urine culture off antibiotics for atleast 2 weeks to determine best course of action.
